Shipping & Returns Policy

Our cashmere is delicate, and should be worn with care.  Should an item break without undue stress or strain being placed on the item, Campbell & Co. will accept the return of the item, and may exchange the item free of charge subject to inspection. NOTE:  Please email info@campbellandco.com.au and let us know why you need to return the item before doing so.  If the item is out of stock, and we cannot exchange it for you, Campbell & Co. will happily issue you a credit note for the amount of the damaged item/s returned.  If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for collection, assessment and possible replacement of the item.

 

Refunds
Campbell & Co. does not provide refunds for change of mind however we will happily provide store credit.
 
Product Guarantee
A description of each product is shown on our website. The actual products may not exactly match the colour of the picture shown due to the nature of the Internet and the screen on which you are viewing the item. Each item will have our product label attached to them. Do not remove this from the product. If you choose to return any purchased item(s) for exchange or refund all labels and seals must be attached and all items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and undamaged.
 
 
Eligibility to Purchase
The purchase of products from Campbell & Co. is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law.  Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information.  When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.  Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.  Campbell & Co. reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.  Should you have any wholesale queries, please don't hesitate to contact us on info@campbellandco.com.au

Shipping and Delivery
All Campbell & Co. shipping is free of charge.

SHIPPING | Domestic
Campbell & Co. uses Australia Post to ship within Australia.  There is an approximate 3-5 working day delivery time from time of shipment.
 
SHIPPING | International
There is a minimum 14 working day delivery time from time of shipment for all international purchases.   Campbell & Co. is not responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country.  Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes. Campbell & Co. takes as much care as possible in ensuring your package will be shipped to you on time and in perfect condition.  However we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the postal service.

NOTE: Please allow for a delay in delivery time for orders placed during or around Public Holidays and at especially busy periods, like Christmas and New Year.  Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site.  If we are unable to ship goods within 7 working days we will notify you via email.
